Sometimes WellnessLiving clients do not receive the password reset email. If this happens, please try the following:
If you still do not receive the email, it may be due to email blacklisting (often caused by spam policies or high bounce rates). In that case, the email address needs to be removed from the blacklist before the reset email will deliver. Once you receive the email, open the Change Password message and use the link to reset your password (the link is active for seven days and can only be used once).
